Why Hunters Won't Go Back
-
Better Meat
Keeping the game off the ground helps reduce contact with dirt, hair and debris. A fixed working position improves visibility and precision, helping preserve meat quality from the first cut.
-
Easier Hunting
Complete more of the field dressing where the game falls, reducing what needs to be transported home. Spend less time cleaning vehicles, garages and equipment after the hunt.
-
Full Control
Boarhanger creates a fixed hanging point that keeps the animal exactly where you want it. No spinning or swinging. Just better ergonomics, greater control and more precise field dressing.
Boarhanger vs. Traditional Field Dressing
| Aspect | Boarhanger | Traditional Method |
|---|---|---|
| Work completed in the field | Complete more of the field dressing before leaving the forest | More processing and cleanup often remain at home |
| Transport | Carry less weight instead of dragging the whole game | Often requires dragging or transporting the whole game |
| Meat quality | Cleaner working conditions | Greater exposure to dirt and contamination |
| Working position | Comfortable working height | Often kneeling or bending |
| Game handling | Game stays off the ground | Often on the ground or dragged |
| Visibility & precision | Stand up. See more. Cut better. | Harder to see clearly, increasing the risk of damaging valuable meat |
| Setup time | Ready in under 30 seconds | Varies depending on the method and surroundings |
| Control | Stable hanging position | Less stable and harder to control |
