Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we experience unusually high demand or temporary delays, we'll contact you by email.
Delivery times

Typical delivery times are:

- Nordic countries: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days

Lost or damaged shipments
