30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Boarhanger purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at info@boarhanger.com. We'll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@boarhanger.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been:

  • used
  • modified
  • damaged by misuse
  • returned without its original packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Boarhanger offers a 30-day return policy, which extends this legal right, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Shipping costs are refunded in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
