From time to time, Boarhanger may offer selected products for pre-order before they are available for immediate delivery.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery

The estimated shipping date will always be displayed on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate and may change due to production, logistics or circumstances beyond our control.

If there are significant delays, we'll notify you by email.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been shipped by contacting us at info@boarhanger.com.

Once the order has been shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

Changes

If we need to make material changes to your order before shipment, we'll contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
