On the drive home after another hunt in Sweden, we kept talking about the same frustration.

• Why were we still dressing game on the ground?
• Why were we dragging heavy animals through the forest?
• Why wasn't there a lightweight tool built for hunters who actually hunt?
• Why were we bringing unnecessary mess home—and making extra trips back to the hunting ground?

There had to be a better way. So we stopped looking for one—and built it ourselves.

That conversation became the first sketch of Boarhanger.

So we built Boarhanger.

It took hundreds of hours in the forest. Dozens of prototypes. Countless field tests. Four years from the first sketch to the final production model.
